Working principle
Biodegradation fermentation is a process of decomposing organic matter (such as animal corpse tissue) through the moldy activities of bacteria or other microorganisms in order to make better use of the powerful ability of microorganisms to decompose organic materials. The high temperature degradation treatment technology is guided by the basic theory of biodegradation, which provides the best environmental conditions for the degradation of animal corpses.

Equipment introduction
As a kind of high temperature biodegradable harmless treatment equipment, biodegradable machine is easy to operate and highly automated.
The first step is to weigh the processed materials, then put them into the equipment tank and add the auxiliary materials according to 25% of the total weight of the dead animals, and then close the lid.
The second step is to select the automatic start button and the equipment begins to degrade the processed materials.
The third step is to reduce the temperature of the material when the temperature reaches 140ºC and operate it for 2-4 hours. Then add the degrading enzyme to start biodegradation.
The fourth step is to discharge the treated products after 24-28 hours of operation, and then degrade the treated materials to make organic fertilizer.

High temperature biodegradation harmless treatment process is divided into degradation, sterilization two procedures.
When the temperature in the warehouse reaches 50-70ºC, active biological enzymes play the function of decomposing and transforming organic matter, and degrade the animal carcasses in the warehouse.
After the treatment, the temperature in the warehouse gradually rises to about 150ºC, and the decomposed body is pasteurized to completely kill all kinds of pathogenic microorganisms.
After degradation and harmless treatment, the treated materials can be directly used as organic fertilizer without any potential safety hazard.
At the same time, in the process of treatment, tasteless, no smoke, clean environmental protection.
