Biaxial shredding machine structure
1. The shredder body
Equipment main body is made of high qualified steel plate welding eliminating stress relief/machining processing as a whole, to ensure stability in heavy load for a long time.

2. Bearing/seal
Bearing block adopts patent piece together  and detachable type, can quickly remove the moving blade, fixed blade and bearing parts,etc. easy maintenance and replacement of cutting tools, special hermetically-sealed construction effectively block shredded material and grease touch,deal with liquid material also can protect the bearings and gears, etc.

3. The moving blade/fixed blade
Moving blade materials using special alloy tool steel forging blank, precision machining, heat treatment and low temperature freeze heat treatment technology repeatedly, the overall hardness toughness consistent can be repeat repair used, to ensure that the cutting performance and service life.Fixed blade adopted patent hook type installation, optimization blade change function, make the tool maintenance replacement more efficient.
