Working Principal

1.The ZT-MWT series of microwave sterilization and disinfection equipment consists of an integrated housing,a sealed feeding door, a closed sterilization chamber, a closed shredding mechanism, a microwave generator unit, a water purification unit, a steam supply system, a discharge unit, an automatic control system,an exhaust gas treatment
system,an automatic weighing system, and an alarm system.

2.The medical waste is loaded into the sterilization chamber. The equipment is activated, and the high speed rotating blades inside the sterilization chamber shred the medical waste into fluff-like particles. During the shredding process,high-temperature steam is injected into the sterilization chamber.At the same time, the microwave generator installed outside the sterilization chamber emits microwaves through a resonant cavity to irradiate the medical waste. The thermal and comprehensive effects of the micromaves, combined with the high-temperature steam, rapidly increase the temperature of the medical waste both inside and out,thereby achieving the goal of rapid sterilization of the medical waste.

3.The exhaust gas generated during the sterilization process is drawn out by a negative-pressure ventilation system and treated through a process of pre-filtra-tion, high-efficiency filtration, activated carbon filtration, and UN photolysis.The particles, odors, and volatile organic gases in the exhaust gas are effectively filtered and adsorbed, ensuring that the emissions meet the required standards.

Process

1.The collected medical waste is loaded into the crushing chamber, and the equipment is started to operate. The medical waste is crushed into flocculent particles by the high-speed rotating blades in the sterilization chamber.

2.During the crushing process, high-temperature steam is injected into the sterilization chamber.

3.Meanwhile, the microwave generator installed outside the sterilization chamber outputs microwave through the excitation chamber to irradiate the medical waste.

4.By superimposing the thermal effect and combined effect of microwaves with high-temperature steam, the internal and external temperatures of medical waste are rapidly raised, thereby achieving the purpose of rapid sterilization of medical waste.

5.The waste gas generated during the sterilization process is filtered by the induced draft negative pressure system through primary filtration + high-efficiency filtration +UV photolysis process + activated carbon filtration. The particulate matter, malodorous and volatile organic gases in the waste gas are effectively filtered and adsorbed, and finally discharged up to standard.
