The kitchen waste fermentation system consists of fermentation host equipment, liquid culture spray system, air supply system, exhaust and air purification system, feed/discharge system (optional, according to the user's contract intention) and control system.
1.Transmission part:	The movement of the motor is adjusted to a reasonable speed by the hard-tooth face gear reducer, and then transmitted to the spindle to make the mixing knife roll rotate.
2.Mixing part:	The cylinder has a knife roller specially designed to stir the Angle, which pushes the material in multiple angles and directions when rotating, and turns the material in a larger range in the circular direction, so that the material can quickly achieve uniform mixing.
3.Cylinder part:	The cylinder is U-shaped structure, with heating jacket.
4.Barrel cover part:	The barrel cover is provided with a number of holes for feeding, air intake, air intake, maintenance, exhaust, air discharge and other purposes.
5.Discharge valve:	The discharge valve is installed at the bottom of the cylinder to control the outflow and discharge of materials. The discharge valve can be in the form of movable, motorized, electric and so on.
6.Liquid culture bacteria spray system:	In order to meet the process requirements, biological fermentation needs to spray bacteria in the process of material treatment. The spray component is fixed on the end cover, and the liquid is supplied to the spray gun by the feed pump.
7.Air purifier (user optional) :	In order to meet the requirements of no three wastes and zero emissions, ammonia, hydrogen sulfide and water vapor generated in the early fermentation process are connected to the closed air duct by the induced draft fan and processed by the air purifier to achieve the purpose of air purification and waste water recovery, so as to meet the requirements of environmental protection.
8.Control system:	It can automatically realize the whole process from start to stop according to the set program to ensure the normal operation of the mixer, and the user can also use manual control.
