The sterilization equipment is mainly a pulsating high-pressure steam sterilizer (pot)/pulsating high-pressure sterilizer, which is a key system of the treatment process and consists of two parts: hardware and software. The hardware part mainly includes the inner cavity of the high-pressure steam sterilizer, steam pipes, insulation jackets, waste liquid disinfectants and waste gas treatment systems, etc. The inner cavity and jacket are mainly made of stainless steel. The jacket plays the role of auxiliary heating and water vapor insulation. The software part adopts advanced PLC control technology to complete the automatic control of the entire process, and the temperature, pressure, air removal rate, sterilization time and other parameters are set through the human-computer dialogue function.

1. After entering the sterilization stage, the system automatically times to ensure the sterilization intensity.
2. During the sterilization stage, the steam main valve and steam auxiliary valve will be opened and closed according to the real-time temperature in the sterilization tank. Once the temperature in the sterilization tank is lower than the set sterilization temperature, the steam auxiliary valve will be opened to enter the steam for heating. When the temperature in the sterilization tank is 1°C lower than the set temperature (configurable), the steam main valve will be opened to enter a large amount of steam for heating. When the temperature in the sterilizer is higher than the set sterilization temperature, the steam main valve and auxiliary valve are closed, which not only ensures the sterilization temperature but also avoids the waste of steam caused by excessive temperature.
3. When the sterilization time reaches the set time, the system switches to the post-vacuum drying stage.
