Four axis shredder overview:
Four axis shredder can be used to tear hard broken plastic, rubber, large tires, large nylon, rubber head, car bumper, large fish net, large pipe, fiber, paper, wood, electrical parts, cable, PET bottle, cardboard, circuit board, wood, plastic barrel and other solid objects. The user can select the corresponding model according to the material size and processing capacity. If users need to crush special hard materials, such as nylon, ABS, PC and other high strength engineering plastics, they need to explain the situation with the shredder manufacturer.
Working principle:
The material enters into the shredding box through the feeding system. There are four groups of blades on the box. The materials are crushed by the combined force of blade tearing, extrusion and shearing. When the size of the material is smaller than the screen hole, the material is discharged from the screen hole at the bottom of the box under the action of gravity and extrusion force, and the larger material will continue to stay in the crushing chamber for breaking Crush until the size is smaller than the mesh size.
Four axis shredder features:
1. Four tool shaft structure, using multi piece multi claw type cutter, and with the cutter shaft multi angle change, cutting time saving, strong chip force, showing strong crushing ability;
2. The transmission structure of the motor through the gearbox transmission system makes it a strong operation with low speed and high torque to achieve the crushing effect.
3. Large transmission wheel, made of special steel, hardened by heat treatment, has long service life.
4. The gear box adopts the oil inlet pulley, which is smooth in operation, low in noise, large in torque, and resistant to long-term operation;
