Steam generator safety instructions
1. Pressure protection
Equipped with pressure gauge and pressure controller, accurately control the furnace pressure, according to the customer's use of pressure requirements to define the pressure interval, automatic stop to the pressure, low pressure automatic start. Two mechanical safety valves are connected to the top of the furnace liner, 8kg pressure protection, up to 8kg pressure valve open pressure relief.
2. Temperature protection
The inner wall of the furnace is connected with a set of temperature monitoring system to monitor the furnace temperature in real time. The factory default temperature protection is 240 degrees. When the temperature exceeds 240 degrees, the system will stop operation in an emergency and all lines of the equipment will be powered off.
3. Water protection
Equipped with the latest version of the three-point water level gauge, which has three built-in probes for high, middle and low levels to monitor the water level in real time. When the water level reaches the low level, the system automatically replenishes water. The furnace will not dry burn due to water shortage during use.
4. Circuit protection
The equipment electric box is equipped with leakage protector and AC contactor to protect the circuit and equipment. All electric appliances are made of Chint, with long service life and low failure rate.
5. Fault protection
The equipment adopts GPRS Internet computer controller, which can monitor the running state of the system in real time. If the running state is abnormal, the system will stop automatically.
1. The warranty period of the company's products shall be 12 months from the date of signing the contract (the boiler body is within the scope of warranty, and other man-caused or irresistible factors are not within the scope of warranty).
2. According to the after-sales service tracking card, the service department of our company will take telephone tracking service to timely understand the operation dynamics of our company's products and protect the interests of users.
