Product Description

1.The mobile medical waste microwave disinfection equipment is a device that uses microwave irradiation and saturated steam for sterilization and disinfection in a coordinated manner.

3.The distribution of microwaves on the cross-section of bacterial membranes affects the density of electrons and ions around the cell membrane, thereby altering the permeability of the cell membrane and killing bacteria. From a biochemical perspective, the nucleic acids (RNA) and deoxyribonucleic acids (DNA) that are essential for the normal growth and reproduction of bacteria are coiled macromolecules closely linked by several hydrogen bonds.

Process Flow

Working principle:
1.The automatic feeding device lifts the material box containing medical waste to the feed bin, and the cover plate of the bin door automatically opens;
2.After initial disinfection, the materials enter the crushing system from the tank, and then the cover plate of the bin door is automatically closed, and the crushing device crushes the medical waste into pieces;
3.Enter the tank to be treated for degradation by dioxin degradation technology.
4.Start the spiral conveying system, the initial treatment of good particles into the high temperature inactivation reduction, through the flue gas treatment system and dust collection system, while the waste gas in the treatment process to achieve automatic collection, treatment: medical waste reduction, through the transport spiral delivery system to the ash collection box at the tail of the vehicle for collection.
