300L Vertical Vacuum Autoclave for Medical Waste Treatment
Zhite steam sterilizer autoclave is a type of autoclave that uses pressurized steam to sterilize medical waste and laboratory waste equipment. Steam sterilization is one of the most effective and widely used methods for killing microorganisms, including bacteria, viruses, and spores, by subjecting items to high-pressure steam at elevated temperatures. This process ensures that all items sterilized are free of pathogens, making them safe for use.

Process Flow
1. Feeding: The feeding hatch cover automatically opens, dumps the medical waste in the turnover box into the loading hatch, and the hatch cover automatically closes.
2. Crushing: The medical waste in the loading bin is crushed by the crusher and then enters the disinfection bin.
3. Steam sterilization: After the crushing is completed, high-temperature steam is supplied to quickly heat the inside and outside of the medical waste to achieve the purpose of rapid disinfection and sterilization of the medical waste. The steam temperature is ≥135ºC and the sterilization time is ≥45min.
4. Cooling: After sterilization, cold water is introduced to cool the sterilized medical waste and at the same time clean the entire inner pot wall of the container.
5. Drainage: Open the drain valve and drain the cooling water.
6. Post-vacuum dehydration/cooling: Use a vacuum pump to draw a post-vacuum on the entire container to dehydrate and re-cool the medical waste after sterilization and preliminary cooling.
7. Discharging: Open the discharging door, remove the disinfected residue, and unload it into the waste receiving container through the automatic pouring device.
