Product Description

ZT-MWT-500 is a highly automated sterilization device with a crushing system that uses a combination of saturated steam and microwave to shorten the sterilization cycle. It can deal with infectious waste, damaging waste, human tissue waste after pathological section, pathological wax block and other unidentifiable pathological waste.

The heat conduction of high temperature and high pressure steam, combined with the thermal effect of microwave and the biological sterilization effect of microwave, can quickly kill the sterilizer, especially the biological sterilization effect of microwave. The point distribution of microwaves on the cross section of bacterial membrane affects the electron and ion density around the membrane, thus changing the permeability of the membrane and killing bacteria. From a biochemical point of view, the normal growth and reproduction of bacterial nucleic acid (RNA) and deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) are coiled macromolecules tightly connected by a number of hydrogen bonds, microwave can lead to hydrogen bond relaxation, fracture and reorganization, thereby inducing genetic or chromosome aberration, fracture. Microwave sterilization is to use electromagnetic field effect and biological effect to kill microorganisms.

The working day of this program is calculated at 10 hours, but two or three shifts (16 or 24 hours) are allowed.

The medical waste in this scheme is based on a weight to volume ratio of 1:10, and the actual density should be determined according to local conditions.

Working Principle

The automatic feeding machine load into the storage room (vertical sterilizer),Built-in two-shaft shredder for crushing, the medical waste is dropped into the sterilization room, saturated high-pressure steam is injected, and the microwave begins to sterilize the waste and the whole vertical sterilizer. Cooling vacuum cooling after sterilization, the waste becomes dry, and the final pulverized sterile waste achieves microbial inactivation and is discharged from the discharge door. All processes are automated, closed in a pressure vessel (sealing air, water and particles) without operator intervention or intermediate treatment of the waste by the operator during the treatment cycle.

Process Flow

 

Process introduction:
Loading:The medical waste is raised to the appropriate height by the automatic lifting system, the door of the material chamber is opened and the medical waste is slowly poured. After the medical waste is poured, the door of the material chamber is automatically closed. The whole process does not need manual operation, no medical waste leakage. The speed is adjustable. Own weighing system.
Crushing:After the bin door is closed, the double-shaft crushing is automatically started, and the crusher runs forward and backward. The waste is broken into non-reusable pieces and then dropped into the sterilization chamber below. The particle size after crushing is about 50mm.
Sterilization:The sterilization room is flooded with saturated high-temperature steam to heat the medical waste, while microwaves begin to act to destroy various types of microorganisms. The whole sterilization process, microwave and steam as well as crushing is running all the time
Cooling and drainage:The whole disinfection process will have a large amount of water vapor, the steam after disinfection will be extracted, quickly cooled, and the cooled waste water will be re-entered into the storage tank for reuse. No foul gas was produced during the whole disinfection process.
Vacuum:After disinfection is complete, the sterilization chamber and silo are vacuumed to facilitate the removal of water and steam, while the medical waste is drier and cooler.
Waste discharge:The medical waste after disinfection will automatically fall into the receiving bucket with the help of gravity factors, and the treated medical waste cannot be identified and stable and can be treated as domestic waste.
