Microwave Medical Waste Tretment Machine for hospital with steam and shredder
ZT-MCW type medical waste microwave disinfection equipment is used for harmless disposal of medical waste. The disposal scope is infectious, injurious and pathological wastes (except for human limbs and organs) in medical waste. It can also deal with dead poultry in case of epidemic.
MDU series products are designed as an automatic operation system with minimum operator operation, with the following characteristics:
1. Energy saving: microwave heating is uniform, no energy loss, high energy, strong penetrability to the object, and can penetrate into the object instantly, with good energy saving effect.
2. Low operating temperature and slow heat loss: if microwave and ordinary heating produce the same amount of disinfection effect, the temperature on the object is significantly lower than that of ordinary heating. Microwave disinfection waste, non-toxic, no residue, light damage.
3. No selectivity for biological action: microwave has the same effect on all organisms but no selectivity. It has a wide spectrum of disinfection bacteria and can kill all kinds of microorganisms and pathogens.
4. The working environment and floor area required for microwave disinfection are small, which will not cause high temperature and polution to the surrounding environment.
5. Environmental: no acid gas, dioxin and other pollutants.
Process steps
(1) Feed
The medical waste collected and sent to the crushing device by the feed lifting device. As the door of the crushing device needs to be opened during the feeding process, in order to prevent the infectious substances from escaping after the medical waste is crushed, the feeding lifting device is equipped with self-locking isolation doors. When the self-locking isolation door is not closed, the door of the crushing device cannot be opened.
(2) Broken
The medical waste can be broken into pieces of about 1 CM by using low-speed shearing crushing machine, so as to achieve shape destruction, volume reduction and guarantee the effect of subsequent treatment. After crushing treatment, the waste can be reduced by about 80%.
(3) Material transportation
The screw conveyor can transport the waste fragments in the storage tank to the disinfection and sterilization room.
(4) Disinfection and sterilization cabin
The disinfection and sterilization room adopts stainless steel pressure vessel , internal mixer and feeding valve on the top. At Feeding, the feeding valve is closed, then the steam is started, and the microwave device and agitator are started at the same time. Because of the function of microwave, the steam in the disinfection room can be saturated without pre vacuumizing, so as to ensure the treatment effect. This is also the advantage of the equipment over the simple steam disinfection equipment. Under the joint action of steam and microwave, the temperature of the sterilization room rises rapidly. When the pressure is more than 0.2bar and the temperature is more than 135 ºC, it enters the sterilization stage and the timer starts to count. After that, the temperature continued to rise to 140 ºC, the pressure increased to 0.33mpa, and maintained at this temperature and pressure for 3-5 minutes.
(5) Discharge
Spiral conveyor is used to transport the medical waste after treatment to the outside of the equipment
(6) Tail gas purification
In order to prevent the infectious substances from escaping after the package of medical waste is damaged, the crushing device is operated under negative pressure. The extracted gas is purified by the tail gas filtration system
