1.The fixed medical waste microwave treatment integrated equipment, also known as the ZT-MWT series mobile microwave sterilization and disinfection integrated machine, is a device that uses microwave irradiation and saturated steam to sterilize and disinfect in a coordinated way.
2.Its basic principle is to utilize the heat of steam, the thermal effect of microwaves, and the biological action of microwaves to kill bacteria, especially the biological sterilization effect of microwaves. The distribution of microwaves on the cross-section of bacterial membranes affects the density of electrons and ions around the cell membrane, thereby altering the permeability of the cell membrane and killing bacteria.
3.From a biochemical perspective, the nucleic acids (RNA) and deoxyribonucleic acids (DNA) that are essential for the normal growth and reproduction of bacteria are coiled macromolecules closely linked by several hydrogen bonds. Microwave energy can cause the relaxation, breakage and recombination of hydrogen bonds, thereby inducing genetic or chromosomal aberrations and breaks. Microwave sterilization precisely utilizes the electromagnetic field effect and biological effect to kill microorganisms.
1.The collected medical waste is loaded into the crushing chamber, and the equipment is started to operate. The medical waste is crushed into flocculent particles by the high-speed rotating blades in the sterilization chamber.
2.During the crushing process, high-temperature steam is injected into the sterilization chamber.
3.Meanwhile, the microwave generator installed outside the sterilization chamber outputs microwave through the excitation chamber to irradiate the medical waste.
4.By superimposing the thermal effect and combined effect of microwaves with high-temperature steam, the internal and external temperatures of medical waste are rapidly raised, thereby achieving the purpose of rapid sterilization of medical waste.
5.The waste gas generated during the sterilization process is filtered by the induced draft negative pressure system through primary filtration + high-efficiency filtration +UV photolysis process + activated carbon filtration. The particulate matter, malodorous and volatile organic gases in the waste gas are effectively filtered and adsorbed, and finally discharged up to standard.

1.Good processing effect: The crushing unit adopts special sawtooth-shaped blades for medical waste, providing excellent crushing performance. The microwave disinfection treatment unit uses microwave 2450±50MHZ, with the disinfection temperature controlled at 95ºC and the treatment time being 45 minutes. After testing the spores of Bacillus subtilis var. Niger (ATCC9327), the logarithm of killing is greater than 4.00.
2.High degree of mechanization and automation: This equipment adopts PLC centralized control and one-click operation. And the operation screen displays in real time all the operating parameters of the equipment. After the equipment is debugged, it only requires manual operation or the front-end equipment to hang the medical waste turnover box on the automatic lifting component of the equipment, or to pour the medical waste into the lifting hopper. This can achieve functions such as lifting, crushing and reduction of medical waste, high-temperature microwave disinfection and sterilization, automatic flipping and stirring, and automatic discharging, thus realizing the intelligent operation of the equipment.
