Product Description

This mobile medical waste microwave treatment unit, also known as the vehicle-mounted medical waste microwave treatment system, is an emergency response device developed by our company with strong applicability, convenience, and practicality. The system is mounted on a light-duty truck, allowing it to enter disaster-stricken hospitals for on-site treatment, ensuring that hazardous medical waste generated in hospitals can be safely and harmless treatment within a short period of time.

The system adopts an integrated design and consists of the following main components: automatic feeding unit, sealed hopper unit, multi-functional sealed double-shaft shredding unit, microwave disinfection treatment unit, discharge unit, automatic control unit, exhaust gas treatment unit, and wastewater treatment unit.

The core component of this system is the medical waste microwave sterilizer, which utilizes high-temperature microwave sterilization as its key technology. Using microwave energy as the working medium and leveraging its strong penetrating ability, the system delivers heat deep into the waste materials.

 

Microwave sterilization results from the combined effects of microwave thermal action and biological effects, enabling direct interaction between microwave energy and bacteria for rapid disinfection.
 

After disinfection and sterilization, the waste is reduced in volume and weight, with all pathogens effectively eliminated. It then becomes ordinary household waste, which can be transported for further centralized disposal.

Microwave Medical Waste Disinfection Vehicle

Microwave disinfection treatment system is an integrated equipment, the equipment at least by automatic feeding unit, airtight bin unit, multi-function airtight crushing unit, negative pressure pumping unit, microwave disinfection sterilization bin unit, microwave generator unit, steam heating system, discharging unit, automatic control unit, waste gas treatment unit 10 units and alarm system.

Feeding System

Composition: Standard garbage bin, hydraulic lifting device, position checking device, stainless steel sealing cap, pressure reducer and feeding arm, stainless steel sealed storage funnel.

Function: The medical waste was loaded into the temporary storage hopper by means of a dustbin and a hydraulic lifting device. The medical waste is squeezed by the feeding arm to feed the crushing system.

Crushing System

Composition: It is composed of box body, transmission device, crushing tool, screen, motor and reducer.

Function: The crusher is used to break the medical waste in the storage hopper, that is, to destroy the shape.

Microwave Disinfection Treatment System

Composition: Stainless steel cylinder shell, spiral conveying device, motor reducer, temperature maintaining device, ventilator, material detection device, spiral rotation counting device, microwave generator, microwave generator cold water device, temperature sensor, steam generator and its pipeline and steam valve, etc.

Function: The medical waste after crushing is disinfected in continuous operation (heating is carried out by the dual effect of steam injection and microwave radiation). It meets the requirements of HJ 229-2021 "Technical Specification for Microwave disinfection of Medical Waste".

Discharge System

Composition: Stainless steel cylinder shell, screw conveyor, motor reducer, temperature holding device, material detection device and temperature sensor.

Function: The temperature is maintained and the sterilized material is transported to the designated residue carrier.
