Overview
Incinerator is a kind of harmless treatment equipment commonly used in medical and domestic waste and animal harmless treatment. The principle is to use coal, fuel oil, gas and other fuels to burn and carbonize the object to be treated at high temperature, so as to achieve the purpose of disinfection. There are many classification methods from different angles. According to the type of incinerator, it can be divided into fixed grate furnace, mechanical grate furnace, fluidized bed incinerator (mainly used to treat industrial waste), rotary kiln, etc. In the design of incinerator, the treatment scale of the plant, the nature of the waste to be treated, the mechanical load and heat load of the grate, the heat load of the combustion chamber, the outlet temperature of the combustion chamber, the residence time of the flue gas and the ignition reduction rate should be considered comprehensively.

Tail gas treatment of incinerator
The centrifugal dust remover, shakelon dust collector, is used to remove dust from the flue gas after incineration. The dust collection system consists of three parts: dust collecting cylinder, inverted cone and exhaust duct. The function of dust collection system is to collect the particulate dust contained in the flue gas generated by incineration materials, so as to facilitate centralized cleaning. At the same time, it can reduce the air pollution and purify the environment. Operation steps of incinerator (taking animal incineration as an example)

1. Inject fuel, turn on the power supply, start the combustion supporting switch, the temperature in the furnace reaches the spontaneous combustion temperature, put the diseased livestock and poultry carcass and their products into the furnace, turn off the combustion supporting switch, and start the spontaneous combustion switch. The diseased carcass remains in the spontaneous combustion state, and the whole body of the diseased livestock and poultry which can not be dissected is put into the incinerator, and the spontaneous combustion switch is started, and the corpse self ignites until it is completely carbonized.
2. Burn the whole corpse: the diseased livestock and poultry corpses that can not be cut are put into the incinerator as a whole, and the spontaneous combustion switch is activated, and the corpse will ignite until it is completely carbonized.
3. Segmentation and burning of meat carcass: the diseased meat products are allowed to be put into the incinerator after being cut, and the spontaneous combustion switch is started, and the meat pieces will ignite until they are completely carbonized.
4. Organ burning: the diseased livestock and poultry organs are put into the incinerator as a whole, and the combustion supporting switch is started to make the organs burn in the combustion supporting state until they are completely carbonized.
5. The burned carbides need to be buried in places far away from water sources and residential areas to completely stop the spread of pathogens.
