Product Description

1.ZT-MWT series of medical waste microwave disinfection equipment is a device that uses microwave irradiation and saturated steam for synergistic disinfection. It utilizes the heat of steam, the thermal effect of microwaves, and the biological action of microwaves to kill sterilized organisms, especially the biological sterilization effect of microwaves. This equipment complies with the requirements of HJ 229-2021 "Engineering Technical Specifications for Centralized Treatment of Medical Waste by Microwave Disinfection".

2.The microwave disinfection technology for medical waste is applicable to the treatment of infectious waste, injective waste and pathological waste listed in the "Classification Catalogue of Medical Waste". This technology is not applicable to the treatment of pharmaceutical waste and chemical waste listed in the "Medical Waste Classification Catalogue".

3.This device is used for disinfecting medical waste. It is designed as an automatic operation system operated by a single person. All components of the equipment are enclosed in a box made of sandwich flame-retardant boards. The purpose of this design is to provide protection for the operators and enable the equipment to be used for emergency purposes in outdoor environments under a simple rain shelter.

3.Non-selective effect on organisms: microwave has the same effect on organisms without selectivity, and its wide spectrum of bacteria can kill all kinds of microorganisms and pathogens.
4,Microwave sterilization requires a small working environment and occupation area, the surrounding environment does not constitute high temperature, clean and hygienic.
