Product Description

1.The sterilization equipment is mainly pulsating high-pressure steam sterilizer (pot)/Pulsating autoclave, which is the key system of the treatment process, consisting of two parts: hardware and software.

2.The hardware part is mainly the inner cavity of the high-pressure steam sterilization pot, steam pipeline, thermal insulation jacket, waste liquid disinfectant and waste gas treatment system.

3.The inner cavity and jacket are mainly made of stainless steel.

4.The jacket plays the role of auxiliary heating and heat preservation of water vapor, and the software part adopts advanced PLC control technology to complete the automatic control of the entire process, and sets the parameters of temperature, pressure, air exclusion rate and sterilization time through the man-machine dialogue function.

Process Flow

1.After entering the sterilization stage, the system automatically timing to ensure the sterilization intensity.

2.In the sterilization stage, the steam main valve and steam secondary valve will be opened and closed according to the real-time temperature in the sterilization tank, once the temperature in the sterilization tank is lower than the set sterilization temperature, open the steam secondary valve into the steam to heat up, when the temperature in the sterilization tank is lower than the set temperature 1ºC(configurable), Open the steam main valve and enter a large amount of steam for heating. When the temperature in the sterilization kettle is higher than the set sterilization temperature, the steam main valve and auxiliary valve are closed, which not only ensures the sterilization temperature but also avoids the steam waste caused by excessive temperature.

3.When the sterilization time reaches the set time, the system switches to the post-vacuum drying stage.
