Overview

After the dehydration treatment of the solid-liquid separation equipment, the feces have low moisture content, fluffy appearance, no stickiness, low odor, and can not be squeezed out of the water by hand, and can not form a group after being released. The treated dry manure can be directly bagged or sold. The moisture content of the treated manure is the best condition for fermentation of pig manure organic fertilizer. The fermentation bacteria can be directly stirred to produce organic fertilizer.


Characteristic

1. The dry manure separated by dehydration is almost odorless and has little viscosity. It can be directly used as fertilizer or as bedding material for livestock.
2. After dehydration and separation of dry manure mixed with straw bran, fully stirred, adding bacteria fermentation, granulation can be made into compound organic fertilizer.
3. At the same time, it can be made into pellet feed, which is a good feed for fish.
4. For flowers / special economic crops fertilization, can transform the soil organic matter.
5. Using coal as fuel, the combustion value can reach 5000 kcal. The economic cost is only one tenth of that of coal.
